Itinerary

Day 1
Arrive at Alajuela airport.
From there we go to San José to the first hotel, called “Hotel Presidente”.

Day 2
7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am Visit the Orosí Valley, Cartago Ruins, Basílica de los Ángeles Church and watch spectacular flowers in Lankester Gardens.
At the end of the day we go back to Hotel Presidente.

Day 3
7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am Visit the Democracy Square, Gold Museum and National Theater.
Departure to Tárcoles, stay that night at the hotel.

Day 4
7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am Visit Manuel Antonio National Park to see animals and enjoy the afternoon at Playa Blanca.
At the end of the day go back to the Hotel in Tárcoles.

Day 5
7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am We’ll do the Carara Tour to see birds and other beautiful animals.
Afternoon Departure to Guanacaste. We’ll stay at Hotel Riu Palace Guanacaste.

Day 6
Free day

Day 7
7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am Enjoy horseback riding in Hacienda Pinilla, with spectacular views and amazing trails.
Tamarindo Beach tour in the afternoon, enjoy a delicious lunch. At the end of the day, return to Riu Palace.

Day 8
7:00 am Breakfast
8:30 am Palo Verde National Park a safari tour in Tempisque River in which you can see monkeys, iguanas, migratory birds and alligators and a special typical lunch.

Day 9
Free morning.
In the afternoon a Catamaran Ride with snorkeling, beautiful view of the sunset, open bar and snacks at the end of the day, we return to Riu Palace.

Day 10
7:00 am Breakfast
8:30 am Visit Adventure Park.
In Adventure Park the activities are: horseback riding, zip lining, coffee show, waterslide, hiking to the waterfall, mud bath and hot springs.
Return to Riu Palace.

Day 11
7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am Liberia City Tour and La Fortuna City Tour. Discover the history of these 2 cities.
Afternoon Departure to Arenal, stay at Baldi Hot Springs Hotel.

Day 12
Free day

Day 13
7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 am Cableway and a visit to “Mirador de La Mano” , a really famous viewpoint.
Next we go to Danaus Ecocenter, a beautiful place in which you can see sloths, a butterfly garden, botanical garden and amphibians.
At the end of the day, return to Baldi Hot Springs hotel.
